Shipping:

Ain Al Yemen Store will ship the order to the address provided to us. Shipping takes from three days to a maximum of seven business days, depending on the region of residence in the Republic of Yemen

Damaged products:

Ain Al Yemen Store guarantees that all products are new, unused, and undamaged. However, if there is any damage to the product, we ask that you notify us within two days of receiving the product. Yemen Eye will replace the product at no cost.

Due to our keenness to provide the best service to our customers, all your purchases from the Ain Al Yemen store are subject to replacement in the event of damage

Exchange terms and policies:

The exchange policy includes all Ain Al Yemen store products
If a wrong product arrives to you, or a shipment arrives in an incorrect condition, the Yemen Eye Store will bear all shipping and replacement costs. If you wish to exchange for any other reason, the Yemen Eye Store will not bear any resulting shipping costs.
The customer is not entitled to cash back for returning products that he obtained through purchasing with free purchase vouchers, as he will be compensated with other vouchers.
If the customer receives a free credit or a free shopping voucher, he is not entitled to convert the balance into cash.
